founder & CEO
I built who I am today from the ground up, learning firsthand what hard work, accountability, and integrity truly mean. That foundation came from my dad. He didn’t just teach me the trade, he taught me how to lead, how to take pride in every detail, and how to stand behind my word no matter the circumstances. I am the man I am today because of him.
Those values are the backbone of everything we do at Limitless Premier Group.
Limitless was built with a clear vision, to deliver a higher standard in the single-family rental space. Not just completing work, but executing with speed, precision, and consistency at scale. From turns and renovations to maintenance and project management, our focus is simple: clear communication, strong systems, and results our clients can rely on every time.
We don’t believe in average. We believe in accountability, ownership, and creating partnerships not just vendor relationships. That mindset is what allows us to operate across multiple markets while maintaining quality and trust.
And behind all of it is my “why.” My wife has been a constant source of strength and support through every phase of this journey. Through the long days, the pressure, and the growth she’s been there. That support fuels everything I do.
Fun fact: When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family whether that’s out on the water fishing, coaching youth softball, or just enjoying time at home. That balance keeps me grounded and drives everything I do.
Paul Eckley
Chief of Operations
I keep the moving pieces at Limitless Premier moving. I oversee day-to-day operations across our markets, coordinate with Property Managers and field teams, manage vendor partnerships and relationships, and help keep projects on track from assignment through completion.
If there’s an issue to solve, a process to improve, a vendor to coordinate with, or a team that needs to stay aligned—I’m your guy. My focus is simple: clear communication, smoother operations, and reliable results.
Fun Fact: I’m not great at sitting still. If there’s something to work on, fix, organize, or improve, I’ll probably find it.

I bring a mission-focused mindset to our Texas operations. My military background taught me the value of discipline, loyalty, and staying calm when the pressure is on—qualities I now use to lead teams, solve complex problems, and create more efficient ways to get the work done.
When things get complicated, I’m focused on the solution, the team, and getting us across the finish line.
Fun Fact: I’m a sports fan, traveler, and occasional kitchen experimenter. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me staying active or spending time with family and pets.

I’m here to make sure the job gets done—and done right. I oversee our teams and operations across Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, and Tennessee, helping keep projects moving, crews supported, and challenges from turning into delays.

I love taking a property that needs attention and helping bring it across the finish line. As Managing Partner for West Coast Florida, I stay hands-on with property walks, team coordination, problem-solving, and the final details that make each turn something we can be proud of.

Fun Fact: “I’ll handle it” is basically my personality… and probably my biggest problem.

As Office Manager for Darwin’s top markets, I lead 2 Office Coordinators with heart and grit. Others might see limits; I see only space to grow, shine, and outperform who I was yesterday. I don’t just work here I thrive here, unbound, unstopped, LIMITLESS.
Fun Fact: I hate writing but I am feature writer in journalism, I hate sweating but I play as a libero in volleyball and lastly, I hate numbers but I have to create change orders.

Fun Fact: I started with a passion for teaching, but I discovered that many of the skills I developed as an educator including communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving are also valuable in being a Virtual Assistant!

I help keep our Midwest and Southwest operations moving across Las Vegas, Arizona, Indiana, and Ohio, supporting both our office and field teams through the many moving pieces that keep a project going. From coordinating day-to-day operations to managing our website and marketing, I’m a little bit of an organized chaos enthusiast. I enjoy finding ways to make things work better, but I also love adding a creative touch wherever I can. At the end of the day, I believe the best work happens when organization meets creativity and when there’s a genuine connection behind it all.
Behind every operation are people, and behind every connection is a story.
Fun Fact: I can easily lose a whole evening to crime documentaries and I’m definitely the type to sing my heart out in the shower. Oh! I also belong in the ocean! 😉

I’m always willing to learn, take on new challenges, and find ways to improve both my work and myself.
Fun Fact: I love staying active and burning calories! I also enjoy exploring new places, trying different foods, taking photos and videos to capture memories, and watching psychological horror movies.

As your Maintenance Coordinator, I’m here to help make the maintenance process as smooth and straightforward as possible — from the moment a work order comes in until the job is completed and properly closed out.
Whether it is a routine maintenance request, an urgent repair, a resident-related issue, or a project requiring multiple visits, I will help coordinate the necessary steps and keep everyone informed throughout the process.

Fun Fact: I love reading, or more accurately, I love hoarding digital books. My storage is essentially crying at this point, but I like to view my massive, unread TBR list as a portable library I can feel guilty about anywhere I go! 😀

I handle office operations and client communication, working directly with some of Limitless’ clients to help keep things organized and moving smoothly. I’m comfortable adapting to different platforms, workflows, and approaches depending on each client’s needs.
Fun Fact: I like to think music notes are what run through my veins—it just feels second nature to me. You’ll usually find me sitting quietly in a corner, and honestly, I’m not sure if I’m observing everyone around me or just too tired to start a conversation.
