founder & CEO
I built who I am today from the ground up, learning firsthand what hard work, accountability, and integrity truly mean. That foundation came from my dad. He didn’t just teach me the trade, he taught me how to lead, how to take pride in every detail, and how to stand behind my word no matter the circumstances. I am the man I am today because of him.
Those values are the backbone of everything we do at Limitless Premier Group.
Limitless was built with a clear vision, to deliver a higher standard in the single-family rental space. Not just completing work, but executing with speed, precision, and consistency at scale. From turns and renovations to maintenance and project management, our focus is simple: clear communication, strong systems, and results our clients can rely on every time.
We don’t believe in average. We believe in accountability, ownership, and creating partnerships not just vendor relationships. That mindset is what allows us to operate across multiple markets while maintaining quality and trust.
And behind all of it is my “why.” My wife has been a constant source of strength and support through every phase of this journey. Through the long days, the pressure, and the growth she’s been there. That support fuels everything I do.
Fun fact: When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family whether that’s out on the water fishing, coaching youth softball, or just enjoying time at home. That balance keeps me grounded and drives everything I do.
Paul Eckley
Chief of Operations
I oversee day-to-day operations at Limitless Premier, working closely with our Property Managers to keep everything running smoothly across all markets. From big-picture planning to the details that keep projects moving, I focus on creating structure, supporting both our office team and field team, and making sure communication stays clear across the board. Whether it’s helping solve issues in real time, improving processes, or keeping everyone aligned, my goal is to make sure we deliver consistent, reliable results every time.
Fun Fact: I’m the type who doesn’t like to sit still for too long—I’m always finding something to work on, fix, or improve. Whether it’s staying active, taking on a new project, or just keeping busy, I enjoy being hands-on and productive even outside of work.

I focus on invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining financial records, delivering accurate and timely accounting support.
Fun fact about me: I play volleyball, love watching sci-fi movies, and enjoy going to the beach. I also like trying new sports—right now, I’m learning pickleball!
Jairah BacNotan
Accounting Associate
I contribute to the organization by ensuring all financial records are organized, accurate, and up to date. I assist in preparing reports, sending out invoices and supporting daily accounting tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Fun Fact: I hate writing but I am feature writer in journalism, I hate sweating but I play as a libero in volleyball and lastly, I hate numbers but I have to create change orders.
