3. Work Order Process & Service Workflow

  1. Receipt of work orders via client portals, email, or direct communication

  2. Entry of work orders into internal systems (e.g., JobTread or equivalent)

  3. Assignment to a designated Property Manager by market

  4. Confirmation of scope, expected completion date (ECD), and requirements

  5. Execution of work and coordination with relevant parties

  6. Completion of final inspections or RRI/punch corrections, if required

  7. Project closeout and reporting

Timelines and execution depend on scope, property condition, access, and external factors.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete work order details
• Grant timely access to properties
• Communicate any special requirements or deadlines
• Review and approve scopes when necessary
• Respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner

Limitless Premier is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incomplete information
• Lack of access
• Changes in scope after work has begun

5. Estimates, Pricing & Payments

All pricing, estimates, and payment terms are:

• Subject to change based on scope, materials, and labor
• Confirmed prior to work commencement

Payment terms will be agreed upon between Limitless Premier and the client and may vary depending on the nature of the project or partnership.

12. Intellectual Property
